1. How are the fruits dried?
Dried in an electronic dehydrator but under low temperature.
2. Are the nutrients retained?
Over 60% of the nutrients are retained because the accurate temperature, drying duration and processing to retain these nutrients are maintained.
3. Why are the fruits very sweet? Any added sweetener?
For all our products except where stated, no sugar is added. The sweetness comes from natural sweetness from fruit.
4. Do our products contain Allergens?
Our products are processed in a facility that packages tree nuts and milk.
5. What is the shelf life?
12 months. However, you must store in a cool dry place.
6. Can people with any health conditions including dietary restrictions, weight loss eat our products?
Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the suitability of our products for that purpose.
7. Do you accept returns?
Under conditions where a defect product is delivered or if the wrong product is delivered, we will gladly accept returns and exchange or refund. Such conditions eg wrong delivery, bad product etc.
If for any reason you change your mind after buying the product, we do accept returns or refund.
We also cannot accept returns of opened products.
8. Other uses of our products
Baking (coconut), infuse in drinks (mango and pineapple), parfaits (fruit and Nut mix and coconut) etc.
