Under conditions where the product is delivered or if the wrong product is delivered, we will gladly accept returns and exchange or refund. Such conditions are e.g. wrong delivery, bad or defected product etc. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, please reach out to email@example.com copying firstname.lastname@example.org and return shipping details will be provided for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you change your mind after buying our product, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges due to dislike of product quantity, taste or texture or any other reason for dislike. Because all ReelFruit products are food, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of opened boxes or packs. Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or return.
